About Cycling in Lucca

The city of Lucca is famous for its intact Renaissance-era city walls, which are now a pedestrian promenade and make for a pleasant cycle around the old town. As the city center is largely free of traffic, the perfect way to see the sights is by bike. There are also plenty of safe cycling routes to enjoy outside of the city walls, where you can discover lush countryside and the tranquillity of Tuscan life.
